Relying on People or God?

Relying on People or God?

I am amazed on how I yearned for fresh flowers one day to brighten my life (at a time that was at its darkest), and how I received these little bunches of happiness…not one time but 4 times all from people I never expected them from. I remember praying to God, “I know that this is not important but I would like flowers from someone…anyone…and without my asking them…” It seemed foolish that I would ask for flowers, especially when I was in constant prayer for relief of my (past) debilitating physical symptoms and without getting relief, but I went ahead and asked anyways. Within a few days-to-a-week I received a large bunch of flowers from cousins that I barely saw or talked to anymore. Amazing! I was stunned. . A few months later I asked God for another bunch of flowers…I received a lovely bouquet in the mail from an aunt and uncle that I rarely see. Another few months later I received a bouquet from my grandma that she began to repeat in giving them now-and-then.

It comes down to God working through people…not people working through people. Have you asked or hinted of what you need or want to people around you? Is that not done in the power of person? Do you consider that true faith? Are you struggling with money? Do you want or need something? Are you sick and not able to work? Do you need help with money to buy supplements or medicine? God is right here…your needs are right now. He has many promises for us…

“And may God supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19

LOVE THIS ONE>>>>>”If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” Matt. 7:11

“Consider the Ravens; they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds!” Luke 12:24

Here comes the question: Are you relying on people or God working through people?
